Bruno - IKEA was heaving so I didn't get a good look. I think a lot of the interactive bits were abandoned as it was too busy, but they did have stuff out. Oh that wasn't very helpful, was it? I saw a guess-the-number-of-Daim-bars-in-the-jar raffle entry and a build-something-the-fastest-and-win-a-prize station, but we didn't wander around a lot and there may have been more. Oh and meatballs were on sale b/c it was Monday ;).

    morning!!

dull, miserable day here so much for the sunshine they have been talking about on the weather.

I've stole the sun :D It rained all day here yesterday but you can have it back tomorrow!

Thankfully K only woke twice last night after I'd gone to bed then again at 5am for a bottle.
He seems much brighter today after a good sleep so may take him to the local farm to see the animals later.

Yesterday wasn't all bad but thanks :) the meeting was lengthy and depressingly lacking in natural light but I presented skilfully and received appropriate adulation from senior figures etc. Then the meal was good and free ;) and I had a huge slab of meat which always pleases me :o

Today I actually am at home "working" so Lexulous away ;p until we go to hospital at 2ish. We are very efficiently combining some blood tests for me (for undefined sporadic abdominal pains) with OH's 12-week scan :D and her bloods too. So fingers crossed it all goes well but I am quite excited.

OH very panicky of scan but otherwise not bad thanks csh - morning sickness has gone away, her only real woe at the moment is whenever she coughs sneezes or laughs she complains she is straining her uterus  !

ETA I am no use for OH's presents I am afraid MFD, I never know what I want either. Which is lucky as OH is possibly the world's least inventive present-giver - she really does try hard and thinks a lot! - but one time she literally gave me socks  she has improved since then and I usually at least get a book I want to read :)

    Morning all :)
Not been on for a while - been having a bit of a RL!

DH is off work this week - his task today is tidying all the [STRIKE]crap[/STRIKE] paperwork which seems to gather in piles around the house!

We haven't had breakfast yet, he's had to go and meet a policeman about a road rage incident with another car a couple of weeks ago. So I think we'll have bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms and tomotoes when he gets back nomnom.

I have to make a phonecall today and I am so excited! When I've made it I'll tell you all about it, but I don't want to tempt fate just yet!

Edit: Who is CC on FB?
Josh is watching Horrible Histories - it's actually really good. It's informative and not the usual shouty rubbish you get on kids tv.
