How long does it take to transfer into Halifax ISA?

I applied to transfer my cash ISA from If.com to the Halifax ISA saver direct on the 5th January. Within a few days I received all the forms from the Halifax and returned them. A few days later I received and returned the ISA transfer form.
A week ago(28th) I received a letter, dated 23rd January from the Halifax saying that the funds had been requested from If.com and they would let me know when the transfer was complete. I have since asked If.com when the transfer would go through - they say that no transfer has been requested!
How long should it take?

In their "Savings - The simple guide to transferring your ISA" booklet, Halifax say...
When I moved from IF last year, the process was completed in 3.5 weeks from signing the form in branch. We aim to complete your ISA transfer within 3 weeks of receiving the paperwork from your branch. However at particularly busy times of the year (eg tax year end), your transfer may take longer to complete.0 -
Thanks for the info. It's still two months till the end of the tax year so they're dragging their heels a bit on this. I'll maybe give them another week before I start complaining.0
