This is the (Consumer) Vent Board, and as such "the vent forum is primarily for venting frustrations and naming and shaming particular companies that you have had poor service from."

I am frustrated by the poor service given by Woolworths, they have messed me around for 2 weeks, so why should I lighten up?

If certain people do not like my post, please take your comments elsewhere as they are not constructive or helpful to me.

    Thanks

If you think living like Victor Meldrew is fun then thats fine.

You may not be aware you're like that which means comments pointing out your over-reaction will be constructive if you choose to achknowledge them.

Using online retailers has its bonuses. If I had the problems you were having, once I had got their number,I would not accept "we will call you back".
If they are short staffed, you will go to the back of the queue. You need to tell them you want to speak to a Supervisor,or a Manager, now.Do not be fobbed off.
However,if there has additionally been a !!!!-up over the ordering,no amount of excuses is going to get you that item.
