Just heard on the news that Asda have several things eg bread at 50p just for the weekend. Tesco reducing 3000 prices on Monday apparently!0
-
There is also an article in the Mail.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1029810/Groceries-50p-Supermarkets-launch-savage-credit-crunch-price-war.html
I've copied the example prices from the article below.
Good thing because the other day on our shopping trip, we noticed loads of items had gone up in price.0 -
exactly, its about time they lowered prices, ive noticed tesco creeping up in price the last few months!0
-
The trick of course is to go in Asda and ONLY buy the 50p products!!0
-
well what im wondering about, is tesco arnt putting their prices down til monday, so which one do you think is going to give the best amount off?

Tesco are really hacking me off at the moment. Prawns were £1.09 a few weeks ago - last week I noticed they had gone up to £1.48 which I thought was a bit of a hike - this week they are £1.85!0
