Many thanks for this post, hols are not cheap anymore. Booked 2 family rooms in Pontefract (nearest I could get to Leeds for a few days away). All I need now is for Leeds to get a home draw in the FA cup 3rd round (method in the madness!!), and the holiday will be complete.0

I probably cannot make the night we booked. Is it possible to pass over the booking to someone else?
Would one just let someone have the booking number?
Would Travelodge care?0 -

Just a bit of info about this offer I was trying to book 5 nights in Bracknell but it said that there was no £10 rooms for that period only £25 rooms, so as an experiment I had a play about and tried to just book the rooms a night at a time and guess what 1st 3 nights were available at £10. So if trying to book more than 1 night and getting told that no £10rooms available try booking the nights indiviually.
Total cost for 5 nights in Bracknell £80 (3 X £10 and 2 X £25) made over 2 bookingsTitch

where and when jpr?
It'll be Covent Garden on 27th December. Passing-on/selling will be the fall back position as plans aren't 100% off yet - just wondering (don't want a call that night from a bedless friend or buyer!0 -
I've got a couple of nights book for twixmas! If its really bad weather I've lost £20 but otherwise I'm gonna visit a part of the country I've never been to - I'm trying to do this every time they have a travelodge offer so if the part of the world I've chosen is a bit dire - i can go home without losing a lot of money! ::) No, its a good way for the kids to see what this country has on offer, we have some great places to visit.0

It says the offer is not transferable. I expect you would be vulnerable to them asking you to produce the card you booked it with.I probably cannot make the night we booked. Is it possible to pass over the booking to someone else?

I did that. Wanted the 28th Dec - 3rd Jan at London Docklands, got all dates bar Dec 31st, which was £25, for £10 in 3 blocks 28-31, 31-1, 1-3.Just a bit of info about this offer I was trying to book 5 nights in Bracknell but it said that there was no £10 rooms for that period only £25 rooms, so as an experiment I had a play about and tried to just book the rooms a night at a time and guess what 1st 3 nights were available at £10. JPR asked about passing on a booking:Would one just let someone have the booking number?
Would Travelodge care?
As they take the money as soon as the booking is made, then I doubt they would care.

There would be no need to show the card the booking was made on - they don't ask for it in their booking confirmation.
You don't have to give room occupancy details when booking, so they wouldn't be aware (and wouldn't care) that the booking had been transferred.0
