    Hi
I popped into boots yesterday and picked up a BRILL bargin

    Philips Avent DECT 499 Monitor

    I bought this for £11.24
    It WAS £90

Its still £90 on boot.com but £11.24 in store.

This is great for my 5 week old daughter thats suffering with colic, as its a 2 way monitor and i can sooth her by talking to her while i hang out the washing, or use the remote control to turn on the music or lights while im out the room!!!!!!!!

    :T :T :T

Well done you! I got this a few weeks ago in my local Boots for £22.50 & I was happy with that price knowing how much it should have been! You got a real bargain there. :T
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:

You cannot buy the no7 tan wipes anywhere in Harrow, I have tried! I even asked the woman if they stocked them, but she told me they had stopped stocking them a long time ago and looked at me very strangely.

Oh, I see, I have brown skin so a permanent tan, she was wondering why I would need them... LOL.... rumbled....
  • Hi everyone

We don't usually explain why we haven't picked certain nominations for post of the month but in the circumstances we wanted to just say that we really struggled with it this month for obvious reasons.

All your help and support for Jill really has been wonderful but in the end we felt having a permanent reminder of Thomas' passing away in the weekly email wouldn't really be very sensitive.

Jill, if you're reading this please accept the heart-felt condolences of everyone in the MSE Team.

    Take care

    Andrea xx

  • Just bought 2 bottles of garnier summer body moisturising spray mist for £1 each on clearance. However they actually both went through the till at 0.00 but unfortunately the SA noticed because I wasn't buying anything else. Might be worth looking out for in your local store!

My bargain of the day is that my sale stuff has arrived from .com. For some reason, it has two woks in that I didn't order, some FCUK stuff and 3 scarves when I ordered 2!

Honest woman that I am, I've emailed them to say I've received the extra items.
