A quick question.

Although I have been shopping with Boots online for about 6 years I have never sent an item back.

About 10 days ago I sent an item back - all brand new and still wrapped.

Does anyone know how long it takes for a refund?

Do you get any confirmation that the item is returned on your online account?

Just a quick question for all you Bootsers in the know.

I have a voucher for 500 points off a £10 spend in the baby dept and also a double points of £15 Mini mode clothes spend, soooooo if I buy £15 worth of clothes, can I use both vouchers together and get my 500 points doubled? Therefore getting 1000 points plus the normal points doubled? I think I know the answer already, but just thought I'd ask.

I popped into boots yesterday and picked up a BRILL bargin

Philips Avent DECT 499 Monitor

I bought this for £11.24
It WAS £90

Its still £90 on boot.com but £11.24 in store.

This is great for my 5 week old daughter thats suffering with colic, as its a 2 way monitor and i can sooth her by talking to her while i hang out the washing, or use the remote control to turn on the music or lights while im out the room!!!!!!!!

The double points voucher will only double your normal points it doesnt double offer points so no you will only get 500 points.

= £21, 984pts and till spit plus sister gave me her £10.50 back for mascara

I then went to Boots retail park and exchanged my No7 facial sun cream for Dream lash mascara and GWP :rotfl:
