    Prescription

By law opticians are obliged to provide you with a prescription. Once you have had a thorough eye test they must give you a copy of your prescription without requiring you to make a purchase.

But all opticians charge for contact lenses consultations, you do not get these for free. Not sure why. Maybe a more specialist area, as you are actually putting something into your eye.

Have you looked at the link above? It is also worth signing upto companies like Dolland and Aitchison, they send special offers out, etc.

I had a free initial contact lens consultation at Specsavers earlier this year and then got five pairs to try for free. I did buy my first month's worth from there, but now I get them from Asda online as they're much cheaper for the same lenses.

    Hope that helps.

Had some friends down from Newcastle and Scotland at the weekend and we hit most of the Liverpool Boots getting the glitches We seen the Olay gwp, but there was 3 gwps with an £18 spend to choose from, I think 2 of them were older stock. Somebody tried putting two through and it worked...then somebody tried it with 3 gwp's and that also worked They were disguised with other bits and pieces we needed
