West Yorkshire Plumber?

Options
Can anyone in West Yorkshire recommend a plumber for a bathroom install?

  • Not sure whereabouts in West Yorkshire you are but when we decided to have a new bathroom (2003) we looked all over but in the end bought it from Victorian Bathrooms of Ossett. We only wanted the basic suite ie Toilet, Bath, Sink plus taps and side bath panels and we paid £553.00. They had an agreement with a local company called Milner Bathroom Solutions who will fit the bath etc ONLY if you buy the bath from Victorian Bathrooms. They removed the old bath and pipework etc, removed all old tiles, installed new towel rail, retiled round the bath and up the wall, tiled all the floor, installed fan duct, fitted toilet, bath and taps. It is quite a large bathroom and we paid just over £2K. We had to buy tiles. All the tradesmen specialised in one job (eg tiling or plumbing), no multitask workmen were used. It took about 4 days to fit but they kept the toilet going all the time we needed it.

There are other places that sell cheaper bathrooms (B&Q or Homebase etc) but then you have to find a reputable plumber to install it and cheap doesn't mean best!

    Hope this helps.
