How are all these things going through the credit checks, i.e voters role etc. Has she checked on the electrol role to make sure this neighbour is not on it at her address.0

The neighbour is using your friend's address on a regular basis, then.
She needs to get in touch with Sky, and of course anyone else who addresses mail to your friend's address and let them know what's happening.
I personally would go to the police and ask for advice, but I realise this isn't the route everyone would choose to take.
Tell your friend to get a credit check done too, the experian or equifax ones, iirc, to see if anything else is being done she doesn't know about yet.:mad:Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19
