I have used the comparison websites and want to compare the prices in detail.
Some companies charge £xx for the first xxxx kwh and others charge different amounts, so how do you compare the prices properly?
The comparison sites just tell me how much I can save, but I would like to compare the kwh charges and wondered if there is an easy way to do this?

I'm afraid there isn't an easy way of comparing Kwh prices as there is no level playing field, as you've noticed suppliers vary the number of primary units charged at tier 1.
You're best comparison tool is to use, your annual consumption (Kwh) for both electric and gas.Sealed pot challenge no 5820
