  • What do you think about the presumption about under-40s over-estimating their earning potential? Sorry if this has been discussed elsewhere.

  • So I won't hold my breath for Martin to come and take care of the children one morning so that I can have a well deserved lie in then?

Hmmm, add it up ... he's still getting around 6 -7 hrs sleep (lucky, lucky, so-n-so!) ;)

Having been a shift worker, married to a shift worker ... I think his comments very reasonable. ;)

ah, I always knew Martin was a reasonable guy! Who would get up at that hour, more to the point, who is watching telly at that hour?!?!
Maybe it's the student in me, but I'd rather work til 3am and have a lie-in than get up early!!

    Enjoyed reading the blog....

However, ill play slight devils advocate here- if you weren’t as successful/or if the site wasn’t performing as well as it is, would you have done it?

Also at the moment does any of your media work reach (target) ‘the early birds’ if not perhaps you could of plugged the site to potential new members maybe?

P.s I’m no way having a go here- I think everyone on this site realises the hours you put in (and I for one am grateful)
  • you sound very much like my son.

He's not a morning person and although he's only 13, we've learnt not to expect much conversation.....and he was like that before even more he was a teenager!

Question though ...have you always been like this???
