I just took the info from elsewhere, I'm not an expert with BD's - apologies if it was incorrect information about the uva/uvb's etc0

Hi I don't know if this is any help but there is a reptile charity in Birmingham called proteus rescue, they are bound to be able to put you in touch with someone who can give specialist advice.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0

I guessed it was a cut and paste but it was only a couple of small points that were wrong. The rest of the info was great - makes a nice change. There is too much bad information on the internet.frugallass wrote: »I just took the info from elsewhere, I'm not an expert with BD's - apologies if it was incorrect information about the uva/uvb's etc0 -

Glad you got things sorted ok :T
I just wonder whether it might be useful for others readng here, now or in the future, if you could tell us what was actually wrong with the tank you had and what you have changed it to please?
Did the pet shop sell it to you as being suitable?
Might just help other people not to make the same mistake [STRIKE]or buy from the same pet shop[/STRIKE]

Basically he used a large old fish tank and it was too much light and the heat was going through the glass!! The tank he has now is a proper reptile tank with only one side glass!! The dragons were ok after 3 hours in the proper tank!! They are thriving nicely! Thank you all for your help!!:T~Chameleon~ wrote: »Glad you got things sorted ok :T

hi all i am probably just panicking for nothing here, as i have only had new bd for a total of 3 days now but i cant stop worrying. i bought him with another bd and we were told that they were a boy and 1 girl. they both seemed fine when we first got them but now gizmo looks like he has no energy what so ever and just sits around barely able to open his eyes!! he doesnt mind me picking him up and will drink with a dropper over his mouth but i have only seen him eat when we first got him/? his viv is all set up right and earlier today he was fine running around and being his cheeky self. they are both around 4 months old. am i just worrying for nothing? any help will be greately appreciated!!

It is difficult to sex young dragons, to me it sounds like dominance issues, if one dragon is dominant the other may act like this, you may have to seperate them, but I'd get them vet checked to make sure there arent other problems.0
