Likewise I suspect the item has been damaged by himself, but we have to go off the idea of trust that he is an "expert" in car stereo installations, as much as the "experts" on MSE.

In effect it all lies ultimately on the final outcome. (the majority of us seem to know what the outcome is more likely to be). The final curtain of this thread will either be "SEE I TOLD YOU" or " ".

talk about double standards the amount of times my simple yes or no questions have been ignored
and as soon as i ignore one stupid one that has already been answered only a few posts before all are up in arms.
Obviously freddie you struggled with the previous answer so in one syllable, no.
For the record I have had to report the above posts from marleyboy as incarexpress are so dodgy they may take a lack of denial as a confirmation.
Also for the record, no I didn't damage the stereo, and I can prove that, but if there were any legal experts on here they would know I don't have to..

Thanks MD you have answered my question, but have adopted the ‘Stuart Hall’ system of reporting, why not speil a thousands words about a football match when a simple reiteration of the result would suffice.
Now I have to say that after all this time, I really do not find it astounding that you have not yet managed to get your money back. I used to go around blaming everyone else and not getting my own way, and could never actually understand why, even though I did not get what I wanted I would end up frustrated. OK, so a little bit off topic, but alas to say, this business has gone on far to long without a resolution.
Now what I did a few years back was listen to my boss at work when I came out of another meeting, where I completely flummoxed and the wavering of the arms come about as automatic condition. He said that the problem was that I went in presenting problems, rather that the solution. Better still, do not invite the blockers, the no men. But most important thing he said was that 90% of the problem was me, not the others. So in the first instance he said I had to look at my approach, my attitude and appearance. I also did a couple of course and no, well I do still wave me arms around, though now I can get through a meeting in twenty minutes and most of the time get what I want.
