Is anyone else in N Ireland fed up with restaurant deals that either don't include us (example - the £6.99 deal currently available in Pizza Hut, but not in Northern Ireland) or for chains that we don't have over here, like Zizzi??, Wagamama, Yo Sushi, Ho Ho, Giraffe, Yates, ...... I could go on and on.....

Perhaps the restaurant chains that ARE represented here could make more of an effort so that N Ireland moneysavers can dine out as economically as those in the rest of the United Kingdom?

I for one will not be supporting Pizza Hut until they treat us like the rest of their customers - and that includes my two teenagers and all their mates.

One of the few ways I've found to cut costs of dining out is to use the Tesco Clubcard deals system - which has at least managed to include some N Ireland restaurants - well done Tesco, keep showing the others how its done.
  • hmmm... interesting pizza hut offer.

Does that mean you can order a large cheesy bites pizza and a £3.99 starter for £7?

Beware - Chef & Brewer not available at the weekend - would be good if the article could point this out!

hef & Brewer Pubs - 2for1 on main meals - Click 'n' print an online voucher
    • 2for1 on main meals. Choose two meals from the main menu at Chef & Brewer pubs, and get the cheapest one free. This voucher is valid from the 13 - 31 October 08, just fill in a few details and your 2for1 voucher will appear in a new window. Find your nearest Chef & Brewer pub.
Alternatively, you can check out the Good Pub Restaurant website to find your nearest pub and to see what offers are running. These vouchers are only valid when two people order and dine together.

Most of these offers don't run at the weekend, and it says on the voucher once you print it off that this can only be used Monday to Friday, so think its pretty clear.

I hope everyone checks terms and conditions on there vouchers before they use them to save any confusion or disappointment in the restaurant.

I have copied the terms and conditions for everyone to see.

    Terms & conditions

    1. Only completed vouchers will be accepted. 2. The voucher can only be used in the list of Chef & Brewer pubs found on the Goodpubrestaurant website and must be presented when placing an initial food order. 3. One complimentary meal per voucher available when two adults order a main meal each. The cheaper of the meals ordered will be complimentary. 4. The voucher can only be used on main meals. 5. This voucher can only be redeemed during the period of validity, between Monday 13th October until Friday the 31st of October 2008, and is only valid between Monday & Friday (excludes bank holidays). 6. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. 7. Cash value 0.00001p. 8. Only one voucher per customer per day. 9. Vouchers that are copied or been defaced will not be accepted. 10. The management reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time, or change the details at their discretion. 11. Products and offer subject to availability. 12. Promoter: Spirit Group Limited. 107 Station Street, Burton upon Trent DE14 1SZ. Thanks - you're right it does say on the T&Cs. Equally other offers indicated on the site have specified 'Mon-Thurs only' hence it would be good to have the relevant info on the blub or leave it to the reader to check all T&Cs themselves.

Black & white will usually be fine. I've not tried the Cafe Rouge ones but I've used the Zizzi one and black & white was fine.
