She wants the Government to step in and help her and other struggling BTLers. Otherwise thousands stand to be made homeless as new build flats are repossesed. A commendable sentiment, I'm sure you'll agree.
She should be careful what she wishes for, The goverment funded housing associations will very likely step in and buy up many of these repo'd properties, when they come on the block.. And fill them with 'hard-working low-income' families, and the like, as well as the previous tennets.0 -

Interestingly, I was watching an episold on BBC Entertainment last night of New Street Law.
The lawyer in the programme referenced that the other solicitor was a man of straw in referring that he thought he was bluffing.:wall:
