Would love your sausage and bean remoska recipe please boddy. I've already cooked an almond cake in mine this morning (already half scoffed by DS and me!)and currently have a blue cheese ang veg quiche in.

Another lot of washing swapped over but not much else done.

DD managed to find some clothes that look ok but I still need to go and sort some things for her bless her, she's been good and has kept her room tidy all week in the hope that she can have a friend round but they're "not able to this weekend as having a sleepover together" and havent invited her, poor little mite. Her so called class mates are being right !!!!!es to her, hasnt got to the point of bullying they just wont play with her.

Kitchen's currently a pigsty so better go start on that and then do the veg (as not done yet altho intentions were there :o ) then I will do some hoovering through

    see ya later
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Well sis and her bloke have just left to go back up to the smoke. I have been a busy busy bee - three loads of washing now on the line, fourth nearly finished. Went out with sis's bloke to walk the dog, cooked fried breakfasts, unloaded DW and reloaded. Walked up the corner shop but they've sold right out of sunday papers which is a shame.

It's DS's birthday today so he'll be wanting a special roast dinner tonight. He's still in bed (he went out on the lash last night with his mates) and probably won't surface until this afternoon.

I think I'm going to have a soak in the bath in a moment and then just put my feet up for a few hours. Sis left the Saturday paper she brought with her so I think I'll just read that. I'm quite exhausted now!

    Morning all

Two loads of washing done. It got rained on to start with but I left it and the sun is out now.

Roast dinner roasting. I've made a rhubarb crumble to stick in the oven later.

Just normal washing up and stuff done otherwise.

My dog is much better, still wobbles a bit occasionally but she's laughing and rolling round on her toy turkey at the moment so I think she feels OK!

    Hope everyone's OK

Kaz.. I hope your day is enjoyable and you can rebuild that relationship with your godson..

Soappie.. bet your house is quiet now!

DW on for the second time.. hubby off running his first half marathon.. should be back about 12 unless I get the call from the hospital saying he has finally ripped his achilles tendon and won't be walking for months.. no I really wouldn't be surprised.. he is bit of a freak at times! lol

The kitchen is looking pretty clear.. considering it is usually knee deep!

I've sent empty laundry baskets up the stairs and expecting them back full.. now!! as the WM's are empty!

The sun is shining here so I am hoping to get some washing out to dry.. actually I'll go grab the bed sheets and get them in while I remember!...

    back in 5..........

    Morning all,

All quiet here at the moment, Oh has gone to collect kids - they were with my brother and sil last night while we went to a neighbours for dinner (very nice evening and met some more of the neighbours but we were at least fifteen years younger than everyone else and the first to leave at 2.30am!!!)
Oh bringing back kids and his parents so I have been running around doing a quick declutter, I have made soup for lunch, Wm on for the second time and I am just about to take the dog out and head into the village for papers and milk.

Well the boys got up at 5.45am so have been yawning ever since, no such thing as a lay in for me. I have had 20 minutes on the bed just laid there while they played on their computers this morning, might do it again this afternoon.

    Todays left over list

[strike] Clean up after dogs [/strike] I'm going to stop feeding them

Toad in hole for dinner (voted for) hoping I can find more spuds so I don't need to goto shop
[strike] Tidy junk from sitting room (DPs cup and can been there 4 days! guess he won't move it himself)
Put a pile of laundry away
    Vacuum through downstairs
File some paperwork from the drawer
Hours reading for studying this afternoon while kids play in the garden (hopefully) [/strike]
Put awning carpet back in bag (in garden now airing!)
Sort through paperwork on table to put in the drawer
[strike] Cut front lawn if weather stays ok [/strike] it spat a few times but I was brave :D
Tidy desk up, so I can see all the screen without standing up....

DW just finished again so I'll go deal with that in a minute.
    I need a shower
The chimps need kicking into some tidying.. bribe with... hhmmm... buns??

Cat being feeble.. he wants some food and every time we ask him what he wants he rubs his ears with his paws.. and sometimes yowls in a pathetic manner.

Cuppa is called for I think.. anyone got the kettle on?
