Hi Soappie - unfortunately my mum and dad just don't have the money to give us a loan till we can get the cheque in the bank. My MIL is the same, pretty strapped for cash, and FIL (DH real dad) is as tight as anything, he probly does have it to lend us, but is too tight to think about anyone apart from himself, he's never even sent the little ones a birthday card! So I think we are on our own, no-one else to turn to.
But thanks for the idea anyway.

TAG Well I have done a bit, like hoovered the lounge & hall way yesterday and decided anything else was un-necessary.
Today I have done nothing off the list BUT I have baked 3 bun-cakes (it's a swedish thing) and made 9 individual steak & kidney pies and have enough filling for 4 s&k puddings leftover!
It's for DH as we eat loads of things he doesn't like and I hate paying out for readymade individual pies cause they never have much filling in them and are expensive.
I am very proud of that achievement as I really don't like kidney_pale_ and have never cooked it before. DH had a s&k pud for dinner and gave thumbs up.
Kitchen has been cleared up and DW emptied by DH and the Terrible Twosome.
Other than that I went for hour long brisk walks yesterday and today and have decided to treat myself to the cinema tonight. Going on my own to see Sex and the City! so there!!
Hardly makes me an over achiver what I have done, and watch this space tomorrow 'cause I cant see anymore getting done this week!:rotfl: already made plans to go shopping with a friend tomorrow and after that I will be far to worn out to do anything else!:o
Bonsi You are allowed to feel a bit disheartened now and again, you are going through a major crisis! Just remember that thing's will get better!
Right, better have a shower before I go so I don't get booted out of the cinema.
See you all later.

Have a great time at the ciema Germish.
Bonsai-((hugs)) so wish I could help. Have you got an overdraft on your account. I know that it isn't ideal but may help.
Well spent an hour in the park with DD and Ds. Why do people have to destroy children's slides!! We have a tiny slide area for small children and they have wrecked it so there is now no access to the slide and there are big spikes sticking up!! Why!!
I hope that my 2 don't grow up to be them. Heaven help them if they do.January Grocery 11/3740 -

Evening everyone.
No flying for me today as Ive been to work. Will just have a quick tidy before I go to bed. Work has been carp today and Im shattered so an early night for me. The house isnt too bad as Ive kept up quite a bit this week.
JillD Well done you DH for getting organised and doing something about it.
bonsibabe. Hang in there. You can do it.
Solway How you getting on with your new mobile?
lil_me Well done your DS2. You must be so proud.0 -
Kazwookie, the frozen pea thing made me laugh, the kind of thing Fat Bob would do, He insisted (as they do) on having some of the ice cream from my choc ice (off my hand, we didn't share licking it..) and must have had brain freeze he ate so much!
Boddy, I've given up in despair on the mobile. Managed to get all my contacts to the new one and text to my mum to test it but ventured into software loading to link with the pc..hmm. Maybe leave the all singing all dancing stuff for somebody else. Have a peaceful evening if you're shattered.
I'll be back at work tomorrow so minimal flying and posting but I'm dead chuffed that I've done everything niggling me over the past three days. I've barely seen a soul but not been at all bored. Ta for the motivation and gee ups and banter.:TOne debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

I dropped some cheerios yesterday and the cat thought they were go cat. He kept putting one in his mouth then spitting it out and looking at it in a puzzled way - obviously tastes very different. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0
