At least we might get our cameras now then. Can they extend the period of voting if the competition has gone past what it says in the T's & C's.

I mean if it gets past midnight before they change the T's & C's can they go ahead and extend the comp even though itll have ended?

I emailed thin martin about when the camras are expected to arrive and have been told its now in the hands of Nikon,
they are in control of the prizes and sending them out.
As far as I know Nikon are dealing with the
prizes but they have had some issues with the competition (as have
Microsoft) involving photographs and copyright.

So looks like untill the comp goes live again the T&C will be updated then but looks like a long wait, hopefully they arrive before christmas!!:rolleyes:

when I last spoke to Nikon, they said Thin Martian were responsible for sending out the prizes!

I've just emailed Nikon again to see what they say..

Mmmmm what is going on and will the camera's ever arrive - I was convinced I won one but turned out to be the "dodgy" weekend so was hoping to be able to have another go at it......... turning out to be one of the biggest farce's ever!!!!!!

From day one thin martian had told me it was nikon sending them out, that does seem to make more sence that they would be responsable for actually posting them out rather than thin martin who I assume just send them the deatails of the winners.

Does anyone have any contact details for who's in control of this at Nikon or do we have to just figure out which department head gets the least post and annoy them into sorting it out for us?

I'm not really bothered about when I get my camera (within reason) I'd just really like to be able to confirm with someone that I am actually going to get one so I can either rest easy or, if not, start emailing those people you complain to when comps go bad
