I was watching his other items, and now they are gone, but before they were due to end. I think ebay have put a temporary suspension on him selling, while they look into things.
Last time I reported someone, despite it being blatant and obvious, they were allowed to continue after a while, as ebay won't want to lose the revenue from busy sellers.

I noticed before that his items for sale had gone, but I thought maybe I was mistaken and I'd got the timing wrong ~ obviously not though as you know they had time to go!
