I've received all my items that were 4-7 days and 5 working days but not any of my items marked 1-2 weeks. Also really need bikini bottoms to go with tops!!

I got some more today (loads still left to come) tbh though I could really tell they were things that been "elsewhere" really crumpled and creased - ok so its sale stuff but I still expect to be buying new things.

Dont think ill bother with my vip slot next time its more hype than value I think now

I got my item today i'd been hoping for. A white linen jacket. however, you could also tell it had been elsewhere..looked like it'd been washed with a darker colour to me! also wasnt lined so could see through it...very poor quality from next so going back.

I must be one of the few people who was pretty pleased with my Next stuff? I got a lot more than usual this time around. I usually struggle to get clothes for my little boy (20 months old) but I've managed to kit him out for the next 6 months as there was quite a lot of long sleeved tops & sweaters so they'll be great for autumn. Also got some furniture which although it wasn't as heavily discounted as the clothes seems to be great quality compared to similar items from other stores. I've still got a couple of bits still to come but I got the main items I was after so I'm a happy customer and hope I get a VIP slot next time :-D

  • I'm finally getting there with my next order!! Two more items arrived today which my boyfriend had been waiting on and had threatened to send straight back to Next because they took so long! Soon changed his mind when his clothes came! Only have my camisole to come now. Hope the rest of you have been lucky in getting your items!
  • I'm still waiting on about 6-9 bits. Ive not got anything for a week now & Im starting to panic. Im going on holiday in 2 weeks!! I only care about 3 bits, not bothered about the rest now. I just want my 2 pairs of flip flops & bikini top

Sigh. I reported an item as missing from my parcel ages ago, chased it up this week as it wasn't deductd from my statement, now just had a letter saying that as the courier's department shows it was dispatched with the other item in that parcel they are taking no further action! I'm not paying £50 for a jacket that i never received because of someone making an error at their end!

Simply not good enough in my book! I order like £2000 worth of stuff each sale and stuff in between from the books, and keep at least £1000 per year if not more. I am super organised as to returns and keeping track of what Ive got, checking the contents of each parcel against my order lists and highlighting stuff when I've sent it back etc... I usually have 2-3 items missing in each whole "sale" so am used to their procedure but this is the first time I've had a letter saying that!

I phoned but apparently the courier department is so busy they aren't taking calls and someone will call me back (heh...not holding my breath for that! I'll call again later)....anyone else been in this situation and got it resolved?

Will be interested to see what my statement shows as i had similar with a pair of boots. Apparently they'd supposedly been in the parcel, phoned up when the parcel arrived, out of stock was told i'd receive a letter. Which i did a few days later and it seems to be the same as your letter. Statement due next week so will see what it says.
    Slightly worn out mum to 3 (DS1 May 03, DS2 Feb 05, DD1 Feb 08). When i grow up i think i'll become a UN Peace keeper....
