hi margarete thanks for the link to your site, got some great info on it, I will have a good read through it. Once again THANKS :)
  • Hi wma345

So glad you are finding my website helpful. - You will definitely lose weight by reducing sodium intake.

It is important not to "diet" - ie to reduce calorie intake. - It will not make you get slimmer faster. - To lose weight faster you need to eat plenty of high potassium foods. - These are fresh fruits and vegetables.

Reducing calorie intake and fat intake are unnecessary and can be very damaging. - Remember research has shown that 'dieting makes you fat'. The only safe way to lose weight is to eat less salt.

Do email me. - I'd like to know how you get on. - And perhaps you could post your progress for interested visitors to this thread.
Lose weight by eating less salt! - Go on! - Try it! - It works!

looking at the weight watchers site ... no wonder people loose weight.... cant afford to eat...

anyways, i got the weight watchers cd rom of pure points (advertised on their web site for £++++)

i got one on ebay for £14.

its really really usefull, works on points rather than calories... you can basically eat what you like, as long as you stay in the recommended points, all details of food and point on cd rom.

includes menus, food points, body mass index thingy, weight loss chart, exercise info, pretty good me thinks.....

day 2 and keeping to it.... EASILY.... and thats a change.

    hth loops xx

  • I've seen lots of brides who go to Slimming World loose loads of weight and they all say that it's easy to stick to. I haven't tried it myself but I did go to Weightwatchers but I found it really hard to keep to as it's a lot of messing about.

    Good luck!
