I charge the cost of printing and the cost of the phone call. I'm on a contract so I put down, say, 5 mins @ 20p/min as expenses (or whatever it is I would be charged for the call if it were outside of my inclusive minutes).0 -

When I was a manager at a four lettered green supermarket, around 2002, the mystery shop reports were produced by Grass roots. I don't know if that's still the case though.43580 -
It's not GR, it does not have 4 letters and they're not green... I'm shopping them for 2 MSCs though, one is a competitor job. I can pm if anybody is interested.Smile ! And pass it on..0

Ooh, you've got me thinking now, as I don't know who shops the one I'm thinking of as a competitor. Would welcome a PM to end my confusion0 -

Hazzanet it is still GR. I started working at that four lettered green store 2 weeks ago. You maybe missed my post about it but on my training 10 days ago they had a big laminate **** store and there was this spiv looking character in sunglasses and leather coat with the belt tied tight and I asked who it was. "Oh that's the mystery shopper" they said.:rotfl:Clique member no 1.:D0 -

They hadn't got that laminate when I was there ... that I recall anyway. We'd just changed over from the old till system to the one with action codes and stuff like that - you're probably using that now? There was a big announcement when GR took over the MS contract, and memos to all CSMs and DSCMs. I may still have it in my old store of learning file. I don't miss it I'm afraid, bit I'd happily go back on the tills for a bit of extra cash.43580 -

That's me Hazza a good old checkout colleague!!It is a much harder job than I thought and physically tiring. And I had thought it would be a bit cushy as you can sit if you like. But OMG those seats kill me. Mind you I haven't been to a "huddle" or a "rumble" yet.:rotfl:Clique member no 1.:D0
