I'm doing the silly TNS DIY shop today and see I have to return an item BUT keep the receipt to send off. Now normally they keep the receipt when you get a refund so how do I get to keep it. I thought I might buy 2 items and return only one, what does anyone think?
They give you a refund receipt when you return an item. I have done these in the past and didn't mind them so much but now the staff are wising up to people coming back afet 2 minutes to return an item. When I did my first one 6 montha go you got to keep the item and was reimbursed for it but now it is a bit too much.

Yes, i'm not going to do this one again, definitely think the payment is low for the amount of work you have to do. I spent an hour in the shop and thats not including doing the report or the telephones.

And did you see all the pharmacy jobs?? I am off now to do another of the shops I did yesterday. This time I will carefully note what is left and what is right. Hubbie going with me as it is a super duper new shopping centre and he wants a new mobie. I like us all am a complete mobie expert now after all the mobie phone MS's I have done.

    Catch you all later.

Ok, i think i'm being a right numpty here.
I'm filling in the TNS sign up questionnaire and am stuck on a couple of questions.
I've scoured the manual and none of the answers seem that blindingly obvious.

Sinders here to help you out hm902 - hotel is the answer to the exception question and the subjective part is your opinion on what you experienced, which is sometimes required in a comment box. Otherwise what they want is the objective, factual observation.

Umm that's all I know for sure, been a long time since I did it

Whoops, I just "accidentally-on-purpose" got one of the Pizza-shop screening questions wrong on Gap! Fed up with them keep ringing me to do them when I'm on Slimming World and the kids only eat Margheritas!!

    Hi everyone

I start my first mystery shopping assignment on monday so I have been sorting out my tax and NI. I was wondering how I work out my expected earnings for 08/09?...I have no idea who much I will earn as I have never done this before. I also work 16 hours a week and claim child tax credit (my partner works 32 hours.)

Sorry if this is a daft question I just want to make sure that I do this correctly.
    Thanks Peridot.
