I normally get 9s and 10s too, but messed my last one up and only got a 7. Not impressed!

Just did the DIY shop and it went OK. I paid by switch card and when I got my refund they just gave me the receipt back. Have filled in the questionnaire and it is quite odd. Asks why you have put 'no' each time when I haven't even put any 'no' in the answer. Ver strange.

Ok, i think i'm being a right numpty here.
I'm filling in the TNS sign up questionnaire and am stuck on a couple of questions.
I've scoured the manual and none of the answers seem that blindingly obvious.

When is the exception to the rule, when a questionnaire should be completed on the site of an assignment?

What part of the questionnaire is subjective?

and when it asks:

What four criteria will your performance be monitored on and why are these criteria so important to us?

i assume these are the - following the brief as instructed, timeliness, pertinence & Accuracy, standard of language

Am I alone or is anyone else getting stupid emails from the mystery shoping company that never responds to your emails. I am getting so fed up with it. One assignment I had emails two days in a row telling me to submit the results asap which I always do! Today I did an assignment and submited the report as I had a qucik 5 min and was planning to submit photo a couple of hours later and I have had a reminder to do it the photo by tomorrow!
