I did Kern's testing centre shop at the end of June? I was emailed by aqworldwide (who do the shop and set up booking) saying they wanted more information, I cant get into the questionnaire to answer their questions as It's down as completed (sassieshop) so I emailed off asking how I was to get into the shop to change it.

I have heard nothing, has anyone else been paid by them or anything?

I've done 3 LTD but not been paid yet - I'm pretty sure Sinders has though by Paypal I think she said - Sinders is that right?

I'm fuming. I contacted BARE this morning about 4 unpaid shops (1 done in April, 3 in May) and received a really snotty reply from one of the schedulers saying its not his fault the payments are taking so long and if I'd updated my information and and let them know then this wouldn't have happened, and also If I read my emails from them asking for this information then I would have been paid. Hello!, I've received one email from them about my SWIFT code which I replied twice to him about. Still no payments. :mad:

I wouldn't mind so much but talk about difficult to get hold of. The 'help' section on their booking site is a joke. You can't get hold of any contact details, which I can find, please correct me if I'm wrong. So what am I supposed to do, look into my crystal ball and find an email address.

The only damm emails I ever get are the ones saying I've been booked for a job I've never even applied for. I've had it with them and as soon as they pay me I'm cancelling my account. Stuff them, their stupidly long questionnaires, rude scheduler, and payments in Euros not to mention jobs that hang around for ever which they then want you to cover at a moments notice.
I'll stick to GR or GfK.

BARE aren´t in my good books either, since they cut one of my fees for ´company policy´. No fault of mine, but I lose out, and yes, their questionnaires are ridiculously long. So I´ve had enough. Shame really, as it suited me being paid in euros.

Bare cut one of my fees as well to half the agreed fee because of their mistake. I'm picking my fight though and just hoping to get any payments right now.
What really got my back up though was the abrupt and rather rude email from them. Just wish I'd been mystery shopping them!

Well, they can find some other mug. Funny that my first couple of shops were fine, even though much the same scenario happened (shop didn´t have the required product).

I did a job this morning, and I think I'm going to have to give a negative report because the lady was too nice!

It was an enquiry about something and during the interaction she managed to call me "love", "flower" "petal" "my little darling" and "treasure". She was really touchy feeling and kept rubbing my arm and hand, and then she put her arm round me and gave me a little hug as I left!

I'm sure she meant well, but it came over as really patronising and the touching made me feel uncomfortable. I felt like saying "I'm 32 not 12 you know"
