Here's a classic example. Had this e-mail. What's all this about?!?

I'm a bit put out because I've never submitted assignments late. As for contacting them with problems what a joke! I'm still waiting for a response for my closed down petrol station from yesterday.
Just wondering if this is a generic e-mail. I hope so, because if not, someone is going to feel the wrath of a red head LOL

Yep - got exactly the same e-mail. I've had a reply to my e-mail this morning asking for the assignment number. I've given the original assignment number and the re-assigned one too. No reply back yet though!! I'm at home all day today resting me and bump and on the sofa so will be checking my e-mails as often as I can!!! So help me god if I don't get paid properly this month I'm joining you in your wrath x

    Which it probably won't

i have just done first job so hopefully it should be that difficult for them... lets see.... i dont think i will do any other jobs for them... they are not as straight forward co. as i thought..... their mystery shopping team is based in Australia and they dont have anyone in UK from that team....so its more difficult for us to clarify our doubts etc...
  • This is what is so annoying about Gyp. Their reports are easy to fill out, their jobs are pretty straightforward, they don't require a 6000 word essay and they have a large number of jobs. But when things go wrong, forget it! Their organisation and administration is abysmal. They think that just because everything is done over the Internet and E-mail this gives them an excuse to either ignore any queries or just to be rude

The only reason why I've stuck it out for this long is that I can claim Working Tax Credit for an extra bit of pocket money. When I start work properly in a few weeks I won't be able to anymore (I won't need to LOL), and although I said to the OH I may keep it up just so that we can have a few "free" meals out etc, I'm seriously reconsidering if its worth the effort. Particularly when you consider all the paperwork for the taxman as well  I don't know how you peeps out there with full-time jobs cope with it all :o

Just seems to me as though MS companies are like insurance companies. They make it as difficult as possible to claim any money and find any excuse not to pay out

That one's great - although I have to admit I've done 3 of these myself in the last couple of days :D

It's people like me who encourage gyp to offer those rates - but if you can't beat 'em!

(Note to add this is the only badly paid job I do; I do stand my ground on the other ones!)

I'll try not to get crushed in the rush to get that job.
I'm getting strict with the jobs I take - must have a fee or really really want to get fast food ! Phone calls on RE at the moment - not taking by the time i have gone through the notes, questionaire, done the call, filled out the questionaire - its not worth it AT ALL.

How do you find telephone calls on RE? Every time I look, there's nothing in available assignments, so I search for my local towns and it says no jobs in my area. Where do you look for the telephone jobs?
