Thanks for that, I was starting to think I had gone crazy. I have tried again, but its not working, I've even done the "forgotten your password" thing, and nothing is coming through. Maybe I should just email them tomorrow.

Talking of refunds is there anything unethical about doing some of the RE pharmacy jobs, buying the useless hay fever remedy, taking it back .

Don t you need a prescription for these jobs though Hollypear?

Does anyone know if you can apply for these prescription jobs even if you have a pre-payment certificate? Or do you have to pay the full price for the prescription?

I didnt see anything about havng to pay for it. Just saw that you wouldnt be reimbursed for the cost of the prescription. took from that that Im ok to get my prescription with my pre payment. I dont think they will ask for a receipt for the prescription bit of it and besides alot of people who have repeat prescriptions have a pre payment card. I plan to use mine!

The only restriction was that you had to take your prescription and wait while they made it up, not use the service where the chemist collects it from your docs.

This is my first month of being paid. Can anyone tell me whether you get a breakdown of what you've got paid for or is it down to you to check? For example I can't see on GFK what assignments I have done. Luckily I've got all my work on a spreadhseet but just thought I'd make sure.
