I did one of these and the intenet site offered collection or special delivery only. As the brief says if you pick special delivery you won't be reimbursed the extra postage, I didn't proceed and phoned for advice.

If this happens, you have to email in a screen shot showing the delivery options screen and fill in the questionnaire stating you were unable to buy the tickets.

Indeed, happened to me as well, but saved me nearly £200 on the credit card, as I couldn't buy the ticket!

I also got that email and as a result went to have a look at their jobs board for the first time - I even managed to select a job I did want and it's now pending in my jobs list.

Only thing is, I'm so new to Bare that I havent even taken the test yet. Does anyone know if Bare ever assign jobs before this test is completed?

Just thought I'd share this, in case it makes you feel any better. I was wombling a receipt from Tesco that was a bit crumpled as someone had screwed it up before throwing away, so guess what?!? Yes, I too ironed it and the same thing happened to me!! I guess they're printed on thermal paper - hey ho!

I cant believe people iron receipts! lol. Mind you good on you both for posting - it could save lots of people from doing the same!

Me too - had this problem two months in a row (and I've only been signed up for two months). What are they playing at? If I keep getting turned down for the jobs I'm applying for, that's one thing, but getting spam emails from them every other day is sending me over the edge. Might have to un-register with them, if that's possible.

Meant to say, all the pharmacy jobs in my area (and there are loads!) require you to have a prescription, so I assume that's why there are so many still lurking around.

I did a job this week that had to have a photo of the store front - Ugh, I felt like I might as well have had Mystery Shopper on my t-shirt!

I too had this email, I am quickly finding that this company is very unprofessional and that is after completing 13 Jobs for them in my first 2 months of registration, I have then been waiting for the pending jobs and have had no jobs since, until off course they were desperate a few weeks ago and called for a job that had to be done that day and offered no premium.

I had the BARE email as well yesterday and have only just registered with them. Emailed back asking what to do but haven't had a reply yet.
Glad it's not just me.
