They might not even look at the receipt....

Did you put the receipt number in the q'airre? If so, they will probably just use the receipt if the HAVE to, which is unlikely.

10 marks for effort though; ironing a receipt's some thing me (being the most anal person in the world) wouldn't do! :D

Not sure who you mean, sorry....Ok just got it!!!
Some reports are so easy but then I had mobile phone shop the other day and the report was huge!! So unless you can look at the questionnaire first?? Can't remember if you can only do that once you have the job!

Don't you just hate those mobile phone reports  The worst thing is trying to submit and it gives you a million reasons why you can't

My first tip would be to not share ANY information about the brief/job details on here! I wouldn't even mention the MSing company's name as they're very particular about it!

I would say just make sure you're very well prepared and planned. I usually choose a quiet screening - so when Indiana jones came out, I went for a really poo film so I could get out at the end of the trailers unnoticed!

Be confident with the duty manager - they don't bite and I get the feeling these audits do mean a lot to them so it's in their interests to look after you!

They might offer you a drink - don't be shocked when they do, as I was!

If you can, use a PDA to write up your results while you're in there - I do this; by the time I've left my seat, the results are already winging their way to the MSing company!

There are two types of audit - one is for the cinema itself and the other if for the film being shown. Which have you got? For the latter, make sure you have a watch or phone that counts down the time in minutes AND seconds.

HELP!!!!!!! I don't want to put details on here but I need some advice please. Is there anyone who has worked for gfk who would allow me to PM them with a query - I have a problem on my first ever MS job (typical!) and I can't get in touch with gfk. I'm in a panic (hubby says I'm over-reacting and maybe I shouldn't be doing this kind of work at all!!!!)

I won't put the shop details on here - but I have emailed gfk and have left a message on their helpline number - no response from either as yet. Do they usually respond quickly?

I have had an email from Bare saying I have been assigned a call job but it is no where in my job list (as thats totally empty LOL) This will be my first with them and just as I had deleted another pending call

So, will it appear soon or should it be there now? It does say I need to be native english and I can't assign any of the other calls so at the mo I don't know whether to bother with them or just see if I get any of the other calls

Are they any good (apart from the pending status problem a few have reported)?

    Thanks guys:D
