combination microwave cookery-tips?

We have just got a new combination microwave, and I'm not quite sure what I can do with it.If anybody has any good time saving tips or recipes, or even cookbooks, I'd be very greatful.I also have a george foreman that I've never used for much more than burgers and chicken breasts, so any tips on recipes for that would be usefull.
I try to make a good evening meal everyday,but since my daughter has stopped having a daytime nap(which was when I used to prepare it), I'm finding it hard to find the time,inbetween the tidying up ,playing ,cleaning, laundry,picking kids up from school etc...
so I've got all these gadgets but not sure what to do with them! thanks in advance.

I find I never really use the combination feature of the microwave much either,
