Lol Len, so you have - was it from Burtons by any chance? If you look at the other photos, Ryan's shirt is really similar too.
Oh, I stand corrected, Ryan has just told me HIS is faaaar cooler! :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

My shares are in my account!!! *gulp*
Now I have to decide when to sell them....arrrggggghhhhhhhh!!!
They're not quite high enough yet - but they're only about 10p off. However, I feel they are likely to go up quite a bit more around October time (they always do). So, do I sell now, assuming they go high enough? Or do I take a slight risk and wait a few weeks?
I know what the answer to that will be really, but I'm scared I'm making a rash decision to sell them now, just for the sake of being able to say I'm debt free - whereas if I got a bit more for them (enough to pay for the architect, for arguments sake, which is quite realistic), that would be so much better in the long term.
Ah well, they might not go high enough anyway. And if they do, I will probably just make a spur of the moment decision, as usual.
But hurray that they have arrived and that I haven't missed out on a big profit because of the delay! :T :T"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Right - this is to help me decide:
Things I would like to pay:
Offset loan - £3627.51
Mortgage - £130 (will bring it below £32k, which is my 'pre-extension' target)
Credit Card - £405.75
Shopping account - £100 (needs topping up due to overspending last couple of weeks)
Stu - £100 (he has been paying for loads of stuff from his overtime, so I want to give him back the £100 he spent on his laptop)
Holiday - £200 (I could take this out of our bills account, but it would be nice not to have to)
Total = £4563.26
All of the above would be paid off - I think that's my answer really. We will have to redraw on the offset loan to pay for the architect, but that's always been the plan.
Shares at the moment are just below £4500, and I just can't bear to sell them and STILL not be debt free, so I will definitely hold out for at least that.
It's not looking like they will go up much today. They're dropping slightly, but I will need to keep a close eye on them. I can set something up to watch them for me I think, but I want to be more involved than that! :controlfreaksmiley:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Fingers crossed they go up.
