  • I find reading really helps me to escape a bit, you mind can't wander and start thinking about other rubbish. Have you tried Bachs (SP) rescue remedy I used the spray and found it helped thought TBH I am now on prescribed medication as some of the herbal things I had tried were helping but weren't enough at the time.

    I have and find that they work for me (well that or I make myself believe they do!)

    Reading is great and one of my favourite hobbies. I think more exercise would do me good to.
