So Sad

Morning.

Feeling carp today.

Really worried my depression has come back.

I've had an arguement with a nosy receptionist, it's no buisness of her's why I want to see my Dr!!!!

I've cried at a work colleague and I'm fighting back the tears now. It's all become to much for me.

Sending massive hugs your way hun. Have you been feeling like this for a while or has it been only recently? Have you been overly stressed recently? It could be a lot of things including depression so please don't panic just yet.. just go down and have a word with your doctor and see what they say. Ignore the sticking-her-nose-in receptionist. Just say it's none of her business and just to make you an appointment.. x

  • Hi Lucy

hope you are feeling better soon, dont worry about the dr's receptionist, i have only ever met a few nice ones.

i have had a few types of depression and still do and i know it can happen for no reason and at anytime,

just try to cling on to some positive feelings and really concentrate on them until you can see you DR, and make sure you do see them

    loads of hugs

Sent you one of these on the daily chat thread but have another :grouphug:

Been there and I know how horrible it is not knowing if you're just having a few bad days or if it is depression. Be kind to yourself and do things that you enjoy.. and you know we're all here when you need to talk xx
