Ok just thinking allowed, but suggestions/idea are always good.

Right looks like my depression is back....

So I am going to have to try and be really good with this.

I know I have been going to excess with everything, food and spending. So I am aware that this is going to be a danger zone. And I guess knowing this is taking me a stage further.

I have an appointment with the counseller on the 29th July, I couldn't get in sooner and my Dr is really good. I am going to try St John's wart and I don't want to try anything else.

So I need to put in place and action plane to deal with this....

And that plan is going to be...... hmmmm no idea :rotfl:

    Is guess:

1 - take everyday at a time (so today I will eat well and healthily)

What about either cutting up any credit cards, getting rid of them or giving them to your mum to look after? That should help to minimise any excess spending.

Hey,Go to somewhere with a spa and use the facilities for a day, can make a world of difference to chill out. Bath spa is cheapish to go to for a session.I know people who have come out feeling very calm! Sometimes treats like that are needed!! Hope u feel better soon!!x

    Good plan.

Although funnily enough i am fine if I don't have them with me.

Tomorrow will be the test. I have to going shopping, but I am going to take my birthday vouchers so I can 'spend' them. But other than that I am tempted to leave everything else at home!

I am actually having my hair done tomorrow so I might book myself in to have one of their spa treatments, have my nails done or something like that.

If I am honest I will feel to guilty spending the money on a holiday.

Obviously you will end up feeling so much worse if you get further into debt so I really hope you will stay strong or at least get yourself in a situation where you can't spend. Personally I avoid shops like the plague as I hate temptation.

Yep which is why I do not intend to do it. Money for carparking and my vouchers and that should cover the 'need'.

I only ever feel bad afterwards anyway.
