    Nice to save.
  • because in the advert the attachment is clearly mentioned (you would have seen that if you'd read the thread properly), false advertising in my book.
  • I had a reply 3 days after emailing them to say that the attachment was on its way. It was delivered a few days later. Message received was as below

Mine arrived yesterday after about a month. Got the blue one which looks brand new ... except that one of the wheels was broken. I tried to glue it but it didn't hold. I'm hoping that Bissell will simply send me another wheel like a previous post did. Not sure how they fit though. Looks like they may just push on ?? Any suggestions on how to remove would be appreciated ..

    Cheers

I'm trying to find out a consumers rights when purchasing reconditioned goods atm.
Just got one and it comes with a 1 yr guarantee, don't forget to send off the registration card though.
  • Lift off!
After I did the hoovering round my aunties with her Bissell lift off, it literally took off on its own - wow impressive - she paid just under £200 about 4 years ago and still like new performance. Since then, I found out that by going onto their website you can get a reconditioned for £39.99 includeds p&p!. Previously a Dyson owner, never again!
