Has anyone EVER been paid out by Churchill through Quidco?

I still haven't been paid out although a few have...this is the responce from quidco

We have been working closely with Churchill on these transaction and they have paid for a large bunch of valid transactions from 2008. Your transaction was not a part of this batch and it is now going to stay declined by the merchant on this occasion. This could have been for many different reasons but it has been declined by the network/Churchill and there is now no further action we can take regarding this commission. The most common reasons for a decline are that a comparison website was used and or a saved quote without cookies being cleared.

I appreciate that this has gone on for a long time and has been very frustrating but as this was declined there is nothing further that we can do. I am sorry for any disappointment caused on this occasion.

I really think I deserve more of an explination to this concidering I never ever use comparison sites.
