a lot of cards are not actviated, which means it hasn't been used for a long time, but the money is still lon there, you have to phone the helpline to get it activated again.

a lot of employees might not know this and just assume it has no money left on there

there are al ot of absent minded ppl who sometimes use the points but don't remember..i think you can phone up and check when the points were used up.

and its only 1p per pound spent so most people really don';t have a lot of money on their cards

Do you know the helpline number? thanks
  • I've only got a small amount on my card, not enough to redeem for anything.
I would rather have money off vouchers.

You do not have to pay in full if you have £1 on your card you can buy anything and get £1 off.
  • Re the money off vouchers - does anyone know if they can be used more than once - I printed them off when I got them and used them all no problem - this year's actually scanned at the till unlike last year where the SA had to get a manager to manually deduct it !) but I was wanting to print more and use them again ??? Anybody tried it

  • I was told in the Bluewater store that in Feb next year they were stopping the scheme and the assistant took my card off of me! As it was so busy i only registered what he said when i left and then when i got home i found my receipt and he hadnt even used my points like id asked him too!
I think i had about £9 worth on there. My own fault for not checking.
I have now joined there new club on their website and apparantly they will be emailing some vouchers out soon.
