I am peed off. I have to claim on 1 (automatic), 4, 8 & 12
I am due to recived my bill 4 and have not even recived month one yet
Absoloutly disgraceful.
I am giving it till the end of November, then getting onto Watchdog
Or if any other want to make a purge for getting Watchdog to get involved then I will do it nowWycombe Till I Die0 -
there appears to be a number of cpw cashback threads on this site. they all show that their service is rubbish. i have been waiting 6 1/2 months for my first cashback request. my second is in now and i don't hold out much hope of getting it. beware of cpw cashback deals it is clear they do not want to pay up.0

Are you sure? This must be new because a few weeks ago I received my final cashback and it was the full amount despite me downgrading in my 6th month.0 -
On mine it said you change, you lose it altogether
Quote from an email they sent me
"To change your tariff, you will need to contact your network provider 3 by dialling 333 from your handset.
Please note that if you change your tariff, you will lose your redemption offer."
Shame as I wanted more textsWycombe Till I Die0 -

Thank you
You can call CPW free on 0800 049 1008 - ask for the redemptions team.
If, like me, you get passed from pillar to post, you'll probably get through to the redemptions department who have the direct tel number 028 9057 6597 which I think is Belfast!
I sensed that this was either a company deliberately making life difficult for anyone wanting their money back, or that there were far too many people working for them who are just incompetent. Either way, it's not good news for us customers...
The final number they put me through to was 0208 8965400 - these were the people who finally said they would get it resolved, but I'm not going to hold my breath.
Good luck!0
