Just to make it a bit clearer,if you get the £35 plus £20 voucher offer which is NOT available online, you are only getting cover for ONE car,NOT any vehicle.
As stated twice already, the aa and the rac are not even on quidco!

Still no M&S voucher and quidco does not pay out for The AA or The RAC

    Hi csiman
Look for RAC in the alphabetical order on Quidco (A-Z tab), as if you just enter it in the search box it doesn't come up.
Quidco give £21 for basic RAC cover or £40 for the two more expensive options.Hope this helps.

Does anyone have opinions on which offers the better service?

After making the mistake of having no breakdown cover for a year when I first got my own car 10 years ago, I've been with the AA ever since. I have had to call them out on various occaisions and they have _always_ got me going again, and that's just on the basic cover.

I could clearly save money by switching to the RAC, but I don't want to risk the level of service I get.

It seems to me that if I want 2 car cover, then with RAC it is better value to buy 2 individual policies with £22 off each- is that how anyone else sees it?

Another way of saving is to become part of an employer's scheme. This is a saving that carries on every year, not just when you first join. I am part of my employer's AA Fleetwide scheme. I've just paid £42.60 for Roadside, Relay and Home Start. The scheme covers the vehicle, not the driver. The more cars in the scheme, the cheaper it works out. I don't know all the terms and conditions. It may only be available to people who use their own vehicle for work.

The AA offer that gives M& S vouchers, requests your Nectar Card number as well so you benefit Nectar Points as well !!

    Happy Days !! :D
