Icici Bank Internet Banking Nightmare

I have just closed my account because I was blocked out of their online system because I got my login details wrong 3 times. I know my details were right because I keep records and have logged in with those details previously. I rang up and was told I must have got my details wrong and was then informed that icici had changed the login process in April when they sent out an email to all customers. I received no email. I decided to shut my account there and then due to their entire incompetence. After they finally confirmed they would close my account and transfer my balance back to my linked account I asked how long this would take, 6 days. 6 days!? Apparently if I had requested a transfer prior to closing my account it would only take 4 I hung up in the end she was making no sense. Think I'm going to open an account with Kaupthing, anybody have any experience with them?

Just done the same thing. No problems with Kaupthing, far better online banking service! ICICI is a thing of the past for me. You just have to see how many complain about ICICI on here vs Kaupthing...
