Have you sent this mob the telephone letter demanding that they remove your number from their files?
if so, you now need to report them for breach of the Data Protection Act.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

I sick of hearing about MBNA and their harrassing ways, when are they going to learn?
They are Barstewards.
I do wonder how those people who call you can sleep at night?
You never know MMD, they may have huge debts themselves, and you know what they say, what goes around, comes around...lets hope so.

now been told that my MBNA debt (which is my biggest unsecured creditor) is now going into default at the end of the month and will be sold on to dca...
does this mean I can request cca from them etc?"happiness is...positive cashflow!":j0 -
I have received a POSTCARD from MBNA this morning (it has sunflowers on it!)and reads..."I confirm I will be calling you week commencing xxxx if inconvenient please call xxxx"
of COURSE it's inconvenient..it always is with them!
Why do they keep on and on and on after telling me I have wasted their time/my account is in default/they will put a charge on my property etc etc
you name it they've tried it!"happiness is...positive cashflow!":j0 -
I had 4 X MBNA Acsounts, All of which were "sold on", MBNS used to phone and give me a lot of agro all the time, told them to take a long walk of a short plank in the end and that I would no longer talk to them over the phone, they were to write to me to communicate. they stopped phoning and sold on the debts in the end.. Don't let them get to you, it's not worth getting upset over, you can only pay what you can afford, Good Luck:beer: Keep your Chin up.. it can only get better
I'm one of those people who was born to have money,
