I am definately a oh it is so late now I will start tomorrow. As well as a snacker...LOL.
Robin there is https://www.trademe.co.nz which is an nz specific sort of auction site. It is OK. The best bit is there are no relisting fees, only fees for sales. So you can just relist each week and forget about it.
I heard over night about Taxi. I am so so sad about that. She had been on the site at least as long as me, maybe longer. I loved the way she allocated money to things to get stuff done around the house. I just HATE that this &*(*^%%$ disease got someone I liked.

That's how i feel about Taxi as well Chev.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Thanks guys. To be honest I had a good cry over it. Silly isn't it mourning someone I never met. But you know you do get involved in other peoples lives on here. It is a virtual community with common goals and that is special

So have done my last essay for my english in the sciences course, and my stats exam. Just got to wait for results now.
So having a mega upload session now on to the local auction site. Letting stuff go cheap just so it is gone.

Taxi's is one of the diaries I've always meant to sit down and read ever since I joined this site. I started it yesterday after hearing the sad news. She was a very special lady and no, you're not at all silly for mourning someone just because you've never physically met them xx

Hi Chev, just popped by to wish you a Happy New Year. Hope 2014 is kind to you, you deserve it xLBM Dec 2011. Aimed, but failed, to clear all unsecured debt by Feb 2019. Finally free of unsecured debt 21st May 21!

Hi guys
well thanks for the good wishes. that is lovely. sorry for the lack of caps but I can't be arrassed lol! we had a very quiety Christmas and then went out on new years eve. it was nice actually. and the best part was that my mum's birthday is on new years day, so the whole club sang happy birthday to her, and people were saying how fab it was and that so that was a defintite win win.
Rob and I have agreed to come back to the UK. he is very begrudging about it. thing is now that we have made the decision, why am I torn about it. there are some good things about being here. and I like my course. (which by the way I passed both papers one with a c and one with a c+), and I do feel a bit calmer a bout some things. and then I think about in laws and relatives back in the UK and want to be spending time with them more than stayng here. but then I think about all the places we haven't been over here yet, not just in nz but the islands aswell , like tonga, samoa which would cost a fortune to go to from the uk and and and
Another concern is our house. We have had tenants in it virtually (and very luckily) from when we left. They have now moved out and our house is vacant and no one viewing it (anyone want to rent a house in north bucks for 1300 a month?) lol! So now we are using money from a endowment, to pay a mortgage on a place we (well I especially) don't want to live in even if we did return to the UK. So SHOULD WE SELL IT?
We aren't in negative equity or anything luckily. So what is the house situation like? It would free up money we 'could' use here if we decided (despite all the above) to invest over here. It is a 4 bedroom house with an ensuiet and downstairs toilet and a fairly big garden eg about 80 ft long.....
Opinions on any or all of the above are welcome
Happy new year
