I am currently swotting uo on squatters rights etc..:D.. .will take them at least a month to get a court order anyway...by which time I'll be out...and I've told landlord I will pay if insurance dont..just means I take insurance co to court to recover this (and many other) expenses...but hey ho!! Like you say....a good battle works wonders...and my success rate to date is pretty good  . This time last year we stopped a mobile phone company putting a mast on my parents local church (lack of consultation), earlier this year I helped my friend up her damages received in car accident from 7.5k to 30k.....so watch out my insurance company......this lady is not to be trifled with
Speak soon
