Shame about Meatloaf but I suppose age is something that comes to us all! OH loves Meatloaf and is v jealous you've been to see him!

Yep fingers and flippers crossed....I'm starving...and I'm really wanting roast potatoes without their skins on but they will need to peel them!!:D

I think it's better that your OH remembers Meat as he was.....he would have been very disappointed with friday night.

....and I haven't forgotten about the penguin and the ice cream joke......will wait til after the watershed though.;)

Well like I said...more sad than anything...his instrument is his voice while mine is the piano. Guess atm him and me are in the same boat....perhaps that's why I felt upset for him.

Well at least the sun is shining over Wimbledon at the moment.

How's your weekend....here's some hugs to chase the rain away.

Erm my weekend went like this
good, brilliant , a laugh, got wet, got very pi55ed off about ex, calmed down , went to sleep, woke up sent email to ex calmed down some more,
over to my mams twice , and chilled out on here :T

guess the hugs you sent did chase the rain away :j

My weekend was dull... No money=no fun OH couldn't come home and I've been grumpy :rotfl:

Hi All

well the good news is wol got her roast potatoes tonight ...food peeps, food...nothing else

But bit of emotional roller coaster tonight so bit wibbly wobbly...but not bad stuff...just...well...sad and relief stuff...a clearing of the muddied waters so to speak.

Anyway (hope mods aren't looking...and Penguin sweets this is for you)

Penguin decided to make a trip and their car started to spew oil all over the highway....not pretty sight. So next town,Penguin pulls into a garage and asks mechanic to take a look and sort problem. "Will take about half an hour Penguin..come back then". Penguin wanders into town...sun beating down...very hot. So Penguin decides to go into ice cream parlour....one vanilla and maple pecan cornet please........Cut to Penguin sitting on verandah with cornet....unfortunately Penguin has flippers and beak..and sun s busily melting icecream...so eating is a rather messy affair and Penguin has ice cream all over them..face/beak/flippers etc.

Ayway...half an hour later, Penguin wanders back to garage and sees mechanic. "Hi" says Penguin ..."do you know what problem is?". Mechanic looks up at Penguin and says..."Looks like you've blown a seal mate"....Penguin blushes and says....no honest mate...I've been eating ice cream......"

May those that have no smutty mind completely not understand.....
