  • Good post there jellyhead, with positive suggestion for Pigsback (Who it appears read this thread). Better than the usual whinging.

The "whinging" as you put it IS a positive suggestion for pigsback - in a nutshell the suggestions all add up to the same thing - FIX IT !! If no one points out their mistakes then how will they know about them???? (even if they choose to ignore them)

IF pigsback read this thread then they really have no business sense as they STILL have not taken on board any of the complaints/suggestions made on this thread. We all agree that pigsback has potential but when they consistently ignore the fact that they don't fix the minor problems on their site that niggle away at everyone it tends to P*** people off. It wouldn't take much for them to fix the problems with the quizzes etc As for the lack of rewards they could at least leave a message up that is updated now and again to say if and when the Love2Shop vouchers will be back in stock and if there are plans for other rewards.

Their lack of positive communication through emails is also a fault - they are quick to respond when it doesn't involve paying out anything but other than that are VERY slow - even an automated response email saying that they had received your email would help

I could go on and on for hours but whats the point ?? as i said they don't seem to take anything on board.

Received my 2 outstanding vouchers today - very pleased as starting to get worried they had forgot. Looking forward to them being back on the site (they'll have to get quite a few in stock I would think).

I clicked the link and got an extra 100 points, so worth clicking the link to use the voucher for sure

Tarquincat, I'm getting the idea that you post here to troll.

Here are two extracts from your previous posts:
I was just trying to point out that this site does offer FREE gifts, most people are just clicking with no interest in the products
Honestly, people on this site demand to get free stuff just by clicking a couple of links

I see you have been having difficulty with Barclaycard. As I understand it, there's no particularly good reason to have a Barclaycard, except for the Nectar points, which they have discontinued. I presume therefore that you only wanted the card for the free gifts!
Just rang Barclaycard today. First they said they did not want to lose me as a customer, so were offering 4k Nectar Points, then the CS guy said "Sorry, my mistake, that offer ended yesterday, I will close your account". Not good Customer Services, dangling a carrot, then saying "shove off".

I don't object to your pleasure in receiving a freebie, of course. But you seem to be telling us off for wanting a free gift from PB, when you're doing exactly the same thing with Barclaycard. PB, too, are offering a carrot (L2S vouchers) then withdrawing it.

I suppose you will say that at least BC were making a few bob out of your custom. Well, so are PB. They are collecting on every click-through. And they've enough money to use Ronan Keating for their launch party.

Please do stop whingeing about whingeing!

They may refuse the order. They don't like people to use both a code and a save £1 link on the same order.

When you go to the reverse auction pace, internet explorer still says "Get A Funky Cappuccino maker for your piggy points"

It's little things like that that drag pigsback down

Oh and I can see SIX links to the Pigsback launch event on their homepage - anybody would think they are desperate

have put the order through, so we'll see what happens. ordered 2 screen protectors for £10 instead of £12, plus used the voucher. pretty cheeky, so i wouldn't be suprised if they refused the order....i'll let you know how it goes
  • think that cd wow may refuse that order. there is a direct link they give you when you get your voucher that you are meant to use and it doesn't take the additional money off or give points the way the link from the pigsback page does. they seem to be quite quick now to cancel orders that use both an affiliate link and a discount code...you might get away with it though. ;o)
