  • does anyone know where i can complain about missing piggy points...

    placed 2 orders with asos on the 5/10/05 and it says points recieved automatically after 24 hours...

    any help appreciated...

    Me and many other people have never got piggypoints after ordering from ASOS through pigsback. They just reply saying sorry but you must have made a mistake :mad: They are a joke but I still love them :rolleyes: Good luck though!

    You could also try registering on their forum and making a post there. Perhaps if everyone with problems with points from ASOS did that, it might draw a little more attention to it.

    i post on the forum but Curly doesn't seem to look on there any more :( Personally i would email them every day with the same email till they sort it out
