I don't think James' fellow employees know that he's a member here, as I spoke to Kelly about someone from Pigsback signing up to answer questions on this thread only a few weeks ago. I said it would go someway towards restoring faith in Pigsback if someone from Pigsback were to post on their behalf to answer queries, etc. She thought it was a great idea and was going to talk to Jo about it. This says to me that Kelly was unaware that James is already a member here and posting.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
