 Before I ring CS tomorrow morning, can anyone tell me what's happened when they've realised they bought something on BOGOF but didn't know and only got one of the items. This definitely happened with me on No7 suncare at weekend and also with my Botanics hair mask on previous Saturday.0

Also, I noticed there is an offer on hair colours at the moment, I got £1 off the clearance price of a colour recently and only paid 19p, so that may have brought down your total too.
No - I didn't use that - didn't know there was one - that's the amount I paid £10.63!0 -

Not yet, one instance was at Bluewater, the other at Harlow and I'm not planning a trip to either branch. Do you reckon I need to do it before new promotions cycle from 18th June or have I got 28 days?0 -

Evening girls, now somebody may have already mentioned this, but as I supposed to be doing some packing I am just skim reading. I don't know if you've seen but instore there is 500 extra points wyb 2 Jemma Kidd, Urban Decay or Too Faced products.
The cheapest items seem to be Jemma Kidd emery boards at £2 or Jemma Kidd make up remover wipes at £3, and you get the points on these.
I got:
4x emery boards £8
2 x wipes £6
Total £14
Points: 1500 (plus the normal spend ones but I'm doing this without my receipt to hand)
Would have just stuck to emery boards but I need some make up remover
Back later when I've done some work
Hi Annegeddes,
HTH!"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -
I've just read what the Clarins SA wrote on the leaflet she gave me - the next Clarins promo will start on 30th June (she didn't know what it would be) and she thought it would coincide with an extra 1000 points deal.
And on 14th July they will launch a new foundation, which will have this:

built in. (hope the long link works - if not, it's the Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch)0 -

Having said that, I got a voucher from a different Boots store at the weekend but it didn't show on my receipt at allMaybe the tills are set up differently from store to store, I believe some of the fragrance vouchers are actual tillspits, others are handed over from a pile, like the old pink No7 vouchers were. The SA may have forgotten to give you your voucher.
If you still have your receipt or you used your AC then CS should be able to sort it out for you.0 -
