Not posted for a bit but great shop yesterday:
OH wanted Orthaheel insoles - £5 off voucher in mag and £1 off healthcare, so £17 instead of £23.
Then No7 342, 2x liplicious and Factor 50 face sun cream, £19.75, but used points 500ACM facial sun, 200 mag suncare, 400 and 250 ACM liplicious.
Then 342 Collection 2000 glitter eye liners ~(for DD's) £5.98.
So £42.73 then total spend vouchers, 350 and 150 mailing, 300ACM plus double points voucher so 300ish 'normal' doubled!
Got 2450ish points, so felt like No7 and eyeliners free! Only managed to use all total spend points cos of insoles.0 -
This is my first post on here, but I've been lurking for a while.
I just thought that some of you might like to know that you can combine the 250 extra points from p/c voucher with the new 200 extra points from ACM for the photo frames, which are still on BOGOF, so if you get the £5 ones, you get 450 points for a £5 spend :j
I know there was a similar glitch where you got 350 points for the same spend posted somewhere here, but I couldn't see this new one anywhere, so sorry if it's already been mentioned.Started comping 29/10/2010
WINS: 29/10 - bag of Skittles :T, Max Factor make up :j
Restarted Comping June 2011 - June wins: Cushelle Koala, Starbucks book and £5 card0 -

I got all excited when I spotted a lonely looking Sanctuary suede bag in my local store this morning. SEL 20.00 had it scanned at till...20.00:( I wish every store had the same prices. It is so annoying:mad: No botanics/ponds reductions either:rolleyes: I did get the following though, so not all bad:D :
reduced to 50p
x 3 reduced to 25p
reduced to 25p
x 2 reduced to 70p and BOGOF
1/2 price 3.99
39p with ACM voucher and tillspit and another one of these
for 9p:T
No more ACM UG vouchers left. I've used all mine and DD's:D0 -

(OW!!!!)
Does anyone know if the name on the advantage card comes up when it is in the reader? We set up a card for DH while doing an online order and I wanted to use the points in store - do I have to wait till he's there or wait till I'm in a store with self scan tills. I dont want the SA to think I'm being dishonest.
TIA

Sorry hijacking your post but I tried today to get some this morning but noticed that on some the barcode had been removed and the number was hand wriiten on, do you think they had removed the old code ending 774 and added the new code to match those already on the shelf, its the first time I have seen a manual barcode numbering in boots

I am sure it was Buffy that was looking out for the Midnight Poison recently. Buffy, can you check in if you are around.

Waaaaaaah!!! First time I've managed to check in since Friday lunchtime! Guess who didn't snap up a Midnight Poison boxset because she didn't have enough points at the time, and then blew 3400 points on a 30ml bottle on Friday night because I am CLEAN OUT of "BEST" perfume (for special days and such
)
Waaaaaah again! *Sniffle sniffle* Have only got about 300 pts left on the card at the mo.
Great bargain though Rubes :rotfl:
Got another 15 odd pages to wade through now, so will stick my report in now.
Tried to be very good in Boots on Friday night, but couldn't resist a new No7 Liplicious, especially with £5 No7 voucher from mailing plus 400pts on Liplicious from ACM. Then bought two Collection 2000 Dazzle Me pots plus a Glam Crystal eyeliner (fab electric royal blue colour), all C2000 on 342, so total to pay was £10.98 (I think...can't find receipt)
Was feeling a bit peed off with life in general hence the blow out of points on my coveted Midnight Poison
Does anyone else sometimes feel like they're just a hamster running around on a big wheel to nowhere?
But at least I'm a well perfumed and beautifully made up hamster :rotfl:

You can use your DH advantage card points, my husband takes mine all the time.
I presume everyone has upgraded their advantage cards to membership of the health club. It gives you half price health items, half price, or maybe free eye tests and a discount off glasses, and obviously as anyone can use the card, it means that not only you get the discount on the eye test.:j:beer:Proudly paying as little as possible for stuff since birth:beer:0 -
